It is my pleasure to provide a positive start with your child’s early development and in-home childcare experience. I strive to make each day fun, safe and educational showing love, guidance and respect for all. My home accommodates a maximum of 5 children ranging in ages from 10 months-5 years old. I have excellent references, my rates are reasonable and you will be provided with an official yearly income tax receipt. My goals are to encourage close relationships focusing on individual attention with the added benefit of a small  group atmosphere. I strive to consistently build strong foundations in all areas of development helping to prepare each child for ultimately entering into full day kindergarten or any other program of choice.

I completed the Sheridan College one-year prescribed program ‘Family Daycare’ which includes Child Development, Nutrition, Behavior Management, Family Diversity, Home as a Learning Environment, Business Practices and a work placement in two daycare facilities. I keep my First Aid/CPR and vulnerable sector police check current. My previous occupation was Certified Dental Assistant; Level Two and have several years experience working in children’s dentistry with pediatric and special needs care.

Above all my best qualifications are the true joy and passion I have in caring for children, running a childcare home I am proud of and being happy and successful with positive feedback from the parents and children in my care past and present.

I aim to make the time spent here enjoyable working extremely hard for the families and children in my care. Being the in-house cook, janitor, educational co-coordinator, teacher and loving nurturer my day is long but very rewarding and a career choice I wish to continue for many years to come.
